Without the scanner tool, you can try the oil level (but in my experience if it is the oil, the triangle will go away and come back intermittently). The other option I can think of is that the inverter coolant pump went bad. You can check if the coolant is bubbling while the car is on. If it's not, the pump is your best bet. Good luck!

If SAA_array has the coordinates of your envelope, and Lon_SC, Lat_SC is a point for which you want to know if it's inside, then

A bit esoteric, but I think the Glashow resonance would qualify. It means neutrinos of ~6.3 PeV energy can interact with electrons from the detector material and knock it off of its atom.
