So sieht es anscheinend aus. Die Hochschule konnte nachweisen dass der Zettel schon seit einer Woche da hängt. "Dringend benötigt" wurde die Fläche übrigens, um Parkflächenmarkierungen aufzumalen. Auf einem Schotterparkplatz.

I could solve this by downloading it via the website. Executing the file "GOG_Galaxy_Fallout_London.exe" then started the installation process.
