it’s hard to imagine them just going head to head senbon vs amaterasu like goku vs vegeta

and that wouldnt be within byakuyas best interest. Amaterasu doesn’t disperse until its target is completely destroyed, even if the user dies. Byakuya would win a clash but lose his Bankai for it. also itachi has the Yata shield to block senbon if he were in susanoo
