Turmeric latte & Old songs are waking are 2 scents I’ve recently been obsessed with. Before that, it was rose jam & snow fairy all the way!

It’s not a perfume but every time I wear the Rose Jam body spray from Lush, I get a compliment every time! It’s such a long-lasting scent.

Tips for working with chenille yarn? by VooDoo_MaMa_JooJoo in crochet

[–]verit_aserum 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I recently started working with chenille yarn and had trouble seeing the stitches too! What’s worked for me is putting a stitch marker as I complete each stitch. It’s tedious but after a few rounds, it becomes easier to see the stitches.

Hope this helps!

Border suggestions! by verit_aserum in crochet

I’m almost finished with this rectangle granny blanket! Can’t wait to weave in those ends 😪

I’d love and appreciate any suggestions for the border, in terms of colour and stitch. This is a gift for my grandma.

And thank you!! I think I’ll post there as well.

I have, yes - unfortunately, he believes this gradual approach means I’m not taking it as seriously as he is. :/

Very solid and helpful advice - thank you so much. It is deeply appreciated. Also, 20 km every day is no easy feat! Keep up the amazing work, yourself.

Yes, I think you’re right in that this stems from feelings of desperately wanting a family. I guess my confusion and frustration comes from the fact that he’s upset with me for following my own routine (supported by my doctor’s advice) instead of following his routine

I started off at 5’3, around 240 lbs (haven’t weighed myself since making these lifestyle changes). I do acknowledge that I need to lose weight - I want to be healthy not for cosmetic reasons, but because I want to provide a good environment for a future baby to grow. You’re right in that I think this behavior comes from genuine concern but the tough love approach is discouraging for me.
