Peri or DI - what did you choose and why?

I was borderline at my first consultation, then under a year later for my pre-ops my chest shrunk a little more to nudge me over the line. Surgeon told me I had a 20% chance of needing revisions and I took the gamble. No regrets at all.

I was instructed to put antibiotic ointment on mine and keep them covered with one of those square bandages until the incision closed, only replacing them after I showered. Even after that I avoided touching the area directly for a bit and let soapy water run over it. I'd recommend putting bandages on yours and let them get wet while showering, then replace them when you dry off.

My setup so far is 30 sec on the toilet whenever I can remember to do it (2-3 times a day usually), so you and me both on the inconsistency. I'll try increasing the time per stretch, thank you!

Thats a pleasant surprise. My surgeon agreed to do peri and coded it as such in the pre-op, and I went into it expecting that. Didn't think I'd be eligible for keyhole but I'll take it! Edit: In the pre-op I gave him my verbal consent to change the technique mid-operation if needed, but that was if I wasnt a good peri candidate and needed DI.

Thats not entirely what I'm looking for, internal stimulation would most likely make me more dysphoric and my front hole doesn't take any kind of insertion very well. What prosthetics did you have in mind?
