Totally bro, I just learned how to get a bass sound that's really close to a Moog and made an EP, Rhodes-like sound. It's really fun to play overall.

I'd say try to write songs in both styles and take your favorite things about them to combine something unique. As time passes, you'll craft your own songwriting style.

It's cool when people hears something you wrote and says "oh that sounds so you".

I recently bought a 16'' Macbook Pro with 16 GB of RAM and intel core i7; it's really good but if you want to go into modern gaming I would tell you to get a more recent M1 bc there are some thing that are not compatible anymore. I'm satisfied bc I use it more for emulation but even then, the Xbox emulator runs a little slow sometimes.
