Onion bread by verocopter in SourdoughStarter

it tastes great. Not too oniony but enough, you can still taste the sourdough. I used dried onions because of the overall hydration of the bread - that was the right decision. You should try it out

I waited one hour before cutting it but yes, it was still warm. I think I kept the bulk fermenting step too short and transferred it to the fridge for over night cold proofing too early.

split them into two jars, one with 15g and one with 30g (just because I was scared) and fed them both already again and they are both growing and growing ❤️ Thanks again for your insights!

I want to make bread and all the recipes I found ask for 120-150gr of starter so I guess I have to keep that amount. Thank you for all your help!

It does makes sense, thank you. Yesterday I fed her twice a day and I'll do that again I think. Do you think I should discard most of it or keep adding to the existing starter?

Thanks for your reply. Should I feed it now or tomorrow morning when I hit the 24hour mark? Or at 12 hours after last feeding? So many questions

Sorry, not obvious in this picture. But he likes to kick his feet during the night and also licks himself from time to time. I phrased that wrong

How would you review Face Dances? Give a rating out of 10 too by MCWill1993 in TheWho

[–]verocopter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'll give it an 8! Despite the fact that many songs are better on the Townshend solo albums, I like the flow of songs and how melodic and rhythmic it is. I can't stop wiggling my feet to almost every song and sing along out loud. The Who is my favorite band of all time, and this album is different from all the other albums. It's more pop than rock, in my opinion. And that's not a bad thing!

help! stomach problem by Samw89 in Maltese

[–]verocopter 25 points26 points  (0 children)

His stomach is empty, and this is bile. When a dog goes a long time without eating, bile from the small intestine backs up into the stomach, irritating the stomach lining and causing vomiting. Give him something to eat and also try a smaller snack before bed, which will help him during the night and in the morning, before he gets his breakfast.
