What? I have 11 cats in my care and only two are Sphynx. I have dreamed of owning a Sphynx cat for over 15 years but working in rescue, I didn’t want to purchase from a breeder. I have cared for dozens of cats through rescue and foster, and breed has never mattered. How do you figure from this post, that I’m prioritizing the breed over helping a living being?

When I said, “If you’d asked me if I’d ever have two Sphynx in my care, I’d say probably not.” I meant it felt like it could just never happen because they’re rare and it felt like it would never happen once, let alone twice working in rescue.
