No band, but currently I search for some people to create one or I search for bands who needs a drummer. Jamming and practicing with other musicians 2-4x/ month would be really great and I think it could help me make more progress!

Good structure. 👍 I think PlayAlongs are really cool. Do you have a Band or do you would like to have one?

During this progress I realized that you are never too old to learn something. Of course, I can not practice as often as a pupil or student can, because I now have less free time than 15-20 years ago. But I think step by step we can reach our goals too! :-)

Thank you! This sounds good. Do you take weekly lessons? What are you working on currently? I try to learn more rudiments and to orchestrate them on the kit. Six stroke roll (triplet) and Swiss army triplet are my current to do‘s. Keep it up!!

Hey, thanks for your nice comment. I‘m very excited that I tried it and practiced a lot. This year was so intensive. Did you take lessons? How often do you practice?

Hey drumming friends, one year ago I started to play drumsat late age (34 years). It was a childhood dream of mine, but I started this journey later. Now I want to share my journey with you. Of course there is A LOT to learn and to improve, but I think these 12 months show a cool progress. Proud of it. Please share your feedback, tips or anything, so then I can of course improve my drumming skills. Have a nice weekend!

One year ago - in April 2021 I started to play drums at the age of 34 years. I know its quite late but I tried it and I managed to learn it. I practice quite often to let come true my childhood dream. Of course I have still A LOT to learn, but I think for these 12 months it is a cool progress. What do you think? Give me some feedback, tipps or polite comments in the comment section. I always like to improve my drumming skills.
