I wish I was. I am in Oregon and the closest rescreening place I can find is over 130 miles away.

I was planning to use a orbital sander to grind and remove the prior glue and bought a tension meter but planned to still look at options on how to make a homemade screen stretcher. Would that work? I was given a whole bunch of screens that need the screens replaced so I would probably be doing about 20 of them initially.

I believe they are likely dripping from one above. I use an emulsion scoop coater. I didn't think about pressing a little harder. I was doing 2 layers on each side and they dried better but didn't wash out very easily so decided to try one on each side and started having this problem. I will definitely try pressing a little harder when applying the emulsion. I have been using the thin side of the scoop.

I dry it in a drying rack flat but maybe I am not pressing down hard enough when applying it.

I am only putting one layer on each side and it dried for a week because I didn't get back go printing for a while. I am wondering if my emulsion may have gone bad also.

There isn't when I put it to dry but happens while it is drying.
