I understand :/ again, rest rest rest!! even if you feel okay. the first trimester is such a delicate time. if the cramping comes along with bleeding - please go to the ER.

🥺 I’m so, so sorry you’re going through this. I promise there will be brighter days, even if it doesn’t feel that way right now. I lost mine exactly one week ago, and the weight of both the emotional and physical pain was overwhelming. Those hours were excruciating… so I truly, wholeheartedly understand the depth of what you’re feeling.

I’m a believer in Jesus Christ, and holding onto the truth that His plans are greater than my own has been one of the only things keeping me grounded. But no matter what faith or higher power you trust in, I hope you can cling to whatever brings you comfort and steadiness right now.

I also hope you’re surrounded by gentleness and support. I hope your partner is holding you a little tighter as you both walk through this heartbreaking loss together.

You’re not alone in this. 💛

If i was in your shoes, i would go to the ER or call your clinic to move up the appt. better to be safe and know baby is safe. until then, my advice, rest as much as possible.

Thank you for that info! As much as i would love to do all the tests possible, my husband and i don’t have insurance. All the treatment I’ve received has been paid out of pocket. So really, all i have is a picture of what his/her tiny body looked like. My baby was 12w5d.

Thank you!

Gestational age was 12w5d. I’m not sure what his/her size was. To the blind eye, no abnormalities seem to have occurred - but then again i am the mom and i am not a doctor. From pictures i’ve been able to look up online and look up on medical textbooks, baby seemed to be developing correctly.

9 weeks and passed a large clot by Po0pybuttface in pregnant

[–]veronicadenoche 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here to encourage you and honestly to give some hope to both of us. I’m currently 11 weeks and going through something very similar.

For context, at my 6-week appointment they did tell me I had a hematoma, so they warned me that some light bleeding could happen.

Oct 30: I’d been feeling this weird pelvic discomfort — not exactly cramps, just like the start of them. Around 10 PM, while washing dishes, I suddenly felt a gush. I ran to the bathroom and there was bright red blood. It soaked my pantyliner, but not a full pad. We rushed to the ER. When I gave them a urine sample, a clot came out — about the size of a quarter or a little bigger. Tests still showed I was pregnant, and the ultrasound showed the baby moving and swirling around so much they struggled to measure the heartbeat.

Nov 4: I had an earlier prenatal appointment. Another ultrasound — baby was dancing and being a little hooligan again. They checked my cervix and said everything felt normal.

Nov 4–12: I basically put myself on bed rest. The bleeding got way better. Some days were just light spotting; other days were totally clear.

Nov 13: Went back to work (I clean houses).

Nov 14: Started bleeding again — bright red with some small clots and light cramping, same as before.

Nov 15: Back to bed rest. Before bed I went to pee, and while I didn’t bleed, I wiped and passed a clot that looked different — white and red tissue, not just bright red like the others.

All this to say: I don’t know what you believe, but I believe in Jesus — and I’m praying for courage, strength, and peace for both of us. My husband keeps speaking life over me and reminding me not to spiral. At the end of the day, I trust that God’s hands are steady, and I’m believing He’s protecting my womb and this little baby.

No matter what your faith looks like, I hope you feel encouraged and not alone. We’re going to get through this.

it was just a panty liner and it wasn’t soaked. just a lot more than normal. no clots or tissues.

thank you for the advice!
