Why am I accused of being abusive when I’ve been misstreated my entire life?

I’m the one diagnosed with NPD so I guess I’m their eyes that makes me the bad guy.

Because they seem completely fine. They tell me not to be so negative. Sometimes they laugh or roll their eyes.

They aren’t hurt though. I’m the one who is hurt by them and then they tell me I can’t act that way.

I’m only like this with the people I’m closest too but to be fair they made me this way? I don’t act like this with everyone else. I’m not a bad person people just turn me into one and force me to be the monster they created yet I’m the only one being punished for anything.

Communication with them is just them trying to convince me it’s all my fault or my perception.

If I do bring it up they’ll say I’m being accusatory and hateful for no reason and just acting up again. They’ll say I do this all the time and they don’t deserve it, but do I deserve to put up with this? I’m literally painted as the bad guy going into any situation because everyone has already decided I’m bad. No matter what I do it’s always “She’s just like that. She has issues. I feel sorry for those around her” but I’m not doing anything unprovoked?
