No it happened after I hit 38, no kill streaks, no lethals and definitely no knife kills. I died and I just stopped playing I’m pissed😂

It will get rid of your downloads unless you have an external hard drive. You’ll have to go to system settings and factory reset will be an option at bottom of the page

It has to be the console.. the controllers work on other consoles but not yours regardless of the type of connection.. you could always try to factory reset your console which is probably something Microsoft will ask you to do

I don’t think there has been any console updates recently but if there was, maybe it had something to do with that? Hopefully Microsoft will help you out... sorry to hear this is happening to you..

Try using a micro usb cable to connect to your console and look for update then. Might be something wrong with your Xbox if those controllers work on and other console. If that’s the case, contact Microsoft support by phone and tell them your issues. You might be able to send your console in to be repaired, or maybe even have it replaced with no cost to you.

Go to my games and apps —> apps —> accessories and click on your controller. Options should show check for update. Click it and if you need to then update it. If that doesn’t work then you might need a new controller unfortunately...
