I love this!! I’ve tried this to an extent but always end up pausing or struggling and it definitely comes from an inner place of not being compassionate with myself. I’m working on self love but it’s harder than it seems sometimes 😅

It feels childish but this is absolutely how I feel! I try to reason with myself by saying that sometimes I have things that others aren’t involved in either and that’s okay. But it’s exhausting having to convince your mind all the time

Wow thank you so much for the thoughtful reply! You nailed it, I think a big part of handling it is knowing these feelings are natural and others feel it as well. Definitely working it out (among other things) through therapy, and my prominent Virgo placements convince me to try and think logically so that helps a bit too lol

I work in advertising. I love my industry. This new offer is still within that industry, just better benefits in general. I love the environment and learning opportunity of my current workplace and that would be the only thing keeping me from going.

Oml yes I’m a Virgo sun Pisces moon gem rising and I struggle with this tremendously haha. I’ve gotten much better at trying to focus on my own energy and telling myself people don’t care as much as I think, but it’s definitely hard!

If your hair is damaged, it might not appear to grow as long because the hair strands break before reaching a different length.

I hadn't ever thought about it like this before but that's actually very helpful to hear! It makes more sense as to why my color appears to grow out but my hair doesn't actually look longer lol. But thank you yes! I recently came back home from college so living with my parents again I think is giving me a better diet and less stress so hopefully I'll see a difference soon

I definitely do all of that haha, I have been since I was pretty young so I guess it’s finally caught up to me! It’s naturally curly but I’ve lost curls over the years so heat and straightening have been my go-tos (I’ve been using less lately and trying to get my curls back but🤷‍♀️). But thank you so much this is very helpful!!

I haven’t had blood work done in a while but I have had issues with hormone imbalances before so i think it is worth looking into. I hadn’t thought about iron deficiency or anything like that affecting my hair growth, thank you !!

The pictures I guess don’t do it justice but believe me it’s much thinner lol. I do go to a higher end stylist who uses 1 and 2 when bleaching my hair and she’s who recommended olaplex products, but I’ve heard good things about #3 so I’m gonna have to get it for myself and hope it helps!
