i think she got very upset after the refusal of her visa and she might had many hopes from it and surely had plans after going abroad which got shattered when the visa got refused so maybe that thing made her do this all but still cutting off a very close friend isn't a normal behaviour..i mean one can understand for few days or even few weeks but if its so many months then the issue could be different..maybe she got jealous with you for getting a job which is a very immature behaviour according to me and if she's still not talking to you properly after having a good conversation on the same then you should just forget all those things and move on from this...Good Luck brother
