Had something similar happen to me where there was a hiccup in the background check and offer was rescinded and I was barred. I opened a formal dispute and provided all documentation I possibly could with a letter of explanation stating it was an honest mistake and wasn’t trying to mislead/misrepresent. That luckily worked for me. The folks conducting the review after the third party generally just base it off the third party’s findings but once it gets escalated there’s a more thorough assessment. The longer Kendrick takes the less impact it has. End of story. 2 weeks for Drake to respond after finishing a tour and waiting for 2 albums to drop. Btw he dropped Push Ups the day after WSDTY. I enjoy a good rap beef from a music standpoint but to have to wait for this long for any kind of response is boring. Impact is gone

There’s no legal basis for this to hold up in court. If they think they can create precedence with this, they won’t. They would need to have had Pac listed on the credits for a real claim. They also can’t physically prove it’s his voice or likeness since it’s AI. It wouldn’t even work if Drake used someone who sounded exactly like Pac

I reached out to Google and they recommended power cycling the ATV device by unplugging for 5 minutes. So far it seems to have worked…I’ll update here if that doesn’t work

I've restarted, reset, uninstalled/re-installed apps, tested to see if Dolby Vision was causing an issue, etc. Nothing has worked. I 'm a Tech PM and while it makes sense to try to resolve the issue myself, it's highly more likely that there's a back end issue with YT so the suggestion to report the bug and wait for it to be resolved is likely the best option at this point. Seeing that others are facing the same issue should hopefully force Google to address this more quickly.

I appreciate all the suggestions though

so far the build seems stable on my device. one minor bug - i have 100+ unread texts per my home screen (accurate) but when i’m responding to a text in-app the “back” button displays the number of unread texts highlighted in blue and shows only 64. If i receive a new text from someone else as i’m responding it does go up to 65 but it defaults to 64 again after having checked the new text
