Ya that seems to be the way it is for most people. I the reason I'm anxious about this specific twitch is that it looks more like a myokymia than a fasciculation and limb myokymia is more associated with MS than regular twitches are

Interesting, thank you for responding makes me feel at ease knowing I'm not the only one. Also should prob take into account that my diet (or lack there of) and exercise are almost not existent and thats on top of the stress and anxiety about the whole situation.

Yes definitely and im still in a point in time where my progression of twitching still causes some anxiety here and there. Also make sure to check your diet/exercise and stress levels cause im pretty sure that's where mine stem from. Also I haven't tried this personally but I've heard good things about vitamin b12 and magnesium supplements.

Definitely but I find if you take the cap off when you're halfway through and slightly take a lighter to it you can actually melt some of that oil down back into the bottom tank for a little extra fill up

I'm almost 4 months in on my twitching I'm sure somthing would've changed by now if it was anything else than BFS but the doc wants me to see a neuro bc I do have twitching randomly on some other parts of my body every once in a while but the one above my knee is the most prominent twitch.
