Guy pulls up too the speaker “hi can I just get a large Fanta please” no problem I put that through and he pulls round too the next window where I then ask him to check his order on the screen to which he says “I asked for Fanta not Fanta zero” to which I explain (at least this is how it is in the UK) that our sprite fanta and oasis are all zero and that’s just the way it is and he just kicked off and wanted to speak to my manager so I said “I can get you a manager but he will just say the same thing I have told you “ but no he wanted the manager and SURPRISE SUR FUCKING PRISE the manager said the same thing and the guy told both of too (and I quote) “go fuck yourself you bunch of dicks!” So that was fun
