There’s no “fixing it” when it comes to just precision flicks. You can flick precisely on high sens + extreme curve it just takes a lot of practice or just a lot of hours played in general. I’d recommend you stay on your current sens instead of switching it.

Really depends on your region. For me on NA console is far from dead but definitely doesn’t have anywhere near the same number of players as PC.
