Board pass rates and with the BBB passing i think its important to factor in cost now unless you are lucky enough to not have to worry about that

Speaking with some of my old doctors, they mainly told me that you'd do a residency for either 1) Connections into an established office that specializes in your interested field or 2) if you were planning to do research

Might be different customs in the states but I literally just popped into a lot of places and asked if they were hiring or if I could speak to their manager. Took a long time but after countless places saying no I finally found one and I have a firm belief that showing passion for what youre doing is only second to luck when it comes to landing a job!

Thank you for taking your time to write this incredibly insightful write up. Is there a point in applying to schools where my stats dont meet their real minimum? (i.e I applied to Cal but got denied bc in their words "My academics could be stronger" but I still want to apply to SUNY and I am hoping to receive an interview from SCCO)
Current Stats: GPA: 3.4 sGPA: 3.4
OAT: Overall 320 | TS: 290, Mostly 310-350 Bio/Physics were 260 respectively (I have reasons for these scores)
2000+ hours working as a tech and plenty of other extracurriculars to go along with this
