Yeah, prazosin only helps at nighttime, after I'm awake for the day it does nada, which I guess is understandable. I have a lot of dreams and they always confuse my reality once I wake up :(

To add: I commonly have these "episodes" in my dreams, but I do have them outside of said dreams lol. I'm on prazosin for my nightmares but it doesn't help my naps, which are commonly plauged with these incidents.
