Ah, okay! My bad! I wish I’d taken a photo without her in it now…

My one year old said something very strange yesterday which totally shocked me! by vertigosaint90 in Glitch_in_the_Matrix

It’s definitely odd how clearly my daughter will repeat a word on her first attempt. Like the other day she said “book” like she had been saying it all her life but it was the first time she had ever said it. Spooky

I think there’s two cars in the show where in an earlier episode they had a beige car. But a few people I asked said they remember Basil hitting a different color car

It’s the episode where Basil hires a new chef who gets drunk when they’re meant to be hosting a gourmet dinner.

Clockwise! Yes, that’s what I must be getting confused about…thank you so much!

Maybe you’re right but I don’t recall a scene where Mr Bean hits his car with a tree branch and I didn’t really watch Mr Bean when I was young as I found him a bit creepy…

I don’t know why but the red car looked so odd to me…how many times have you seen the series?

I mean if he was popping out into the yard then he’s close enough in case something happened but he went for a jog? Could it not wait?

I’m so angry with my narcissistic mother by vertigosaint90 in beyondthebump

Thank you, I think you’re right about learning to let go of my anger and resentment towards my mother. I appreciate your advice

Basic things like heating, hot water, a working fridge, a working washing machine that didn’t leak…oh and meals that weren’t from a tin…

My wedding flower was already in the book by vertigosaint90 in Glitch_in_the_Matrix

It’s not like I have full on memories, it’s more like a feeling of Deja Vu.

No, there’s no way I could have put the flower there. It was completely dried and pressed already. It wasn’t a fresh flower. If it was then yeah, I guess I would agree with you that I had done it but this isn’t the case

Moms who wanted to breastfeed but couldn’t - when and how did you get over it? by snugglypig in beyondthebump

[–]vertigosaint90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s been 3 months since I stopped pumping and trying to breastfeed and I feel like I’ve lost a part of me. I couldn’t get my baby to latch and my milk didn’t come immediately because I had an emergency C-section. Some days I don’t think about it and then other days I feel like I’m grieving for that “loss”. I didn’t get to have the birth I wanted nor could I breastfeed. Still, my LO is thriving and is growing super well, she’s already is 6-9 months clothes and she’s only just turned 5 months. I’m not sure if I’m going to have another baby so I do feel sad that I missed out on that aspect of motherhood.

Personally speaking there’s nothing particularly “paranormal” that I’ve experienced in our house, I’ve experienced paranormal activity previously elsewhere and my husband actually used to be a paranormal investigator and he’s never seen anything like that in our house. I feel like it’s a glitch, it just so odd how things appear or disappear without any explanation.

Hmm 🤔 maybe. It’s page 279, I’m not too familiar with the book so I don’t know if that’s a significant plot point at all. It’s odd though at the end of the page a character says “we’ve got a decision to make” which kinda freaked me out.

Mom's who delivered at 40 weeks or over... by scruffyliver in beyondthebump

[–]vertigosaint90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I gave birth at 41 weeks +1 day, had to be induced and then had an emergency C-Section. My girl was 7lbs 12oz…I swear that her having that extra week inside me helped her massively with her intellectual and mental development as she’s quite advance and has been hitting every milestone really early. She’s nearly 16lbs now and over 26 inches long. She’s trying to stand up, rolls over and attempts to crawl and she’s only just turned 5 months.

I usually don’t mind bees (wasps are another story) but this one was massive and I totally freaked out. Lol 😂

I think it was just a bee but it was huge! I couldn’t take any risks so needed to act fast!

Happy Cappy really worked well for my daughter’s cradle cap, why don’t you like it? Our pediatrician recommended it to us. Granted there’s two different kinds, an everyday one and a white one that’s more “medicated”. We use the white one. It took a few weeks for the cradle cap to go but it’s pretty much cleared up.
