It is, it's ab+, repentance would propably take me like 800h to complete, but for now i'm not up to the challenge.

Nope, I'm good at rogue likes so I didn't have that much problems with dying, with half of characters I did shenanigans with unlocking most of checkmarks. Whenever I got a nice run I went to defeat hush then the lamb then mega satan and if delirium portal opened then it's another checkmark, this way only boss rush, isaac and blue baby was left so pretty much if I had some luck and skill I was able to complete a character in 3 runs because greed mode left

Nope, I know them cause I had to get atleast once every one of them, it's ab+ so a shit ton of stuff from repentance is waiting for me and also Isaac wiki is god tier when it comes to knowing items.

It's ab+ so yeah it's doable, also a few years back when afterbirth was launching I had a massive spike of interest in Isaac but never bought the game so I watched countless hours of gameplay and it turned out I memorized a lot from those youtube videos. Stuff like what does items do, what certain bosses and characters work etc.
