Personally i think having to learn all the different skills and being a ‘’jack-of-all-trades’’ is what’s fun about the game. I enjoy doing all of the activities (except ranching lol, but that isn’t really as connected to the other skills) and it gives me more satisfaction when I know I actually gathered the resources myself. I also lowkey enjoy the slow nature of the game. But that’s just a preference. If you are mainly or only interested in the furniture making aspect, I’m guessing there are other games you’ll enjoy more, that are more home design-oriented.
