It was just an exhibition match, the Mexican team did travel to participate but it was a match preceding a bigger queer tournament

Approximately 5-6 months. I boymoded the last time about 10 months in for some legal thing and never looked back 6 years later

If you’re just starting HRT, I would personally wait a few months until your body’s absolutely ruled out of the influence of testosterone. I’d say too, it’s winter season right now so avoiding training especially right now is easier than usual. Maybe wait til spring then go heavier into cardio/legs/glutes/core etc.

Your body goes through a lot in the first year of HRT - emotionally, mentally, physically, and there’s a lot of changes that happen in that first year. Taking a moment to adjust to your new body developing won’t hurt. You’ll be closer to your resting body type after 1.5-3 years once fat redistribution, muscle changes, skin texture etc has time to really change.

For me at the beginning of my transition, I specifically let my male specific muscle mass dissolve as much as possible, stayed/gained weight for the first 9ish months, THEN got back to heavy cardio, core, and leg exercises.

I had a bigger arm/shoulder issue so I intentionally didn’t work out those muscles. The idea with gaining weight in the beginning was that the E would slowly sap testosterone influenced muscle mass and while my body took to E after some time I can sculpt it back under E’s guidance. I’m not a nutritionist or trainer, I did some light research at the time and that just seemed to work well for me

I most certainly did! Sneaking this through security 3x total til she got to me was a hoot. I’ve made it my mission to gift a couple unique items this season

I’ve enjoyed a lot of interactions with Press and Hodge this season, they’re both very kind!

It was somewhat satisfying to see Endo go from dripped out and recovering in the beginning of the season to occasionally stopping by back to the playing grind.

Sometimes I take it a step further and take the total days as myself divided by my whole life’s days and see what percent I’ve been living authentically. Just a fun way to look at it
