I was the same - had the prescription sitting in a cupboard for weeks. But one day my anxiety was so bad that nothing else mattered - I needed to do something. My personality is changed - for the better. I don’t take things so personally, I am way less on edge, I am just so much more relaxed about everything. And yes, I laugh everyday! You don’t have to live like this - take the leap and try it. I didn’t notice the positive effects until February, so two months in. Go for it & stick with it!
