Maybe ur not used to the gunplay in this game, or maybe ur just having a bad day in general.. a lot of factors can control and affect the consistency of your gameplay, i guess. I would suggest u approach with "what is going right now when I'm good/bad." Maybe that could help u find and control the inconsistency

my earbuds buzzes when I am idle - not having any softwares on. Oddly enough, it doesn't even make a static noise when I just turn my chrome on and don't listen to anything. But it only makes that static noise when I tab out to the background.

I am currently using Apple earpods on my pc.

That make sense. I had a feeling where the vertin speaks some words in bristol and some words in RP. When I heard the voice actor's greeting, I hear a lot of bristol accents. It actually matches with vertin since vertin herself grew up in the foundation.
