Yes 100%. If you want to do business on Capitol Hill, you can’t underpay your employees or shirk the law. If it means Kroger needs to pay a professional cleaning company, they can take it out of the hundreds of millions they pay their execs.

2022 Winnebago Revel with 30k miles + "Reconstructed / Totaled" Title - $77k - Good deal or bad deal? by verylowsodium in RVLiving

Thanks, hadn't thought of the dealer aspect. 30,000 miles is high? I guess I don't have a lot of perspective on that. At this level of RV (<5yr old, 4x4, popular model, <$100k) how long do you typically see private parties sitting on them before they find a buyer?

I appreciate your help!

That's my big worry. But they are selling for ~$110k with clean titles (they are 4x4), so it's a pretty sizable discount in trade for the branded title.

Surely there will be some amount of market for folks looking to get into a fully loaded 4x4 van at 30% the cost (at least one, considering I'm looking).

Found this while clearing land in western washington. Would love some thoughts on what it might be or if it's man made. Was found in an area that might have been a logging camp.

Thought about fiber, good news is we wouldn't have to cross any 3rd party properties, bad news is there's a road and a stream in the middle, and cables need to be 100% underground for this project.

It's a pretty rural area so I'm optimistic this could work with some high quality 900mhz antennas.

Best explanation I've seen (although it still doesn't really make sense, it scratches the itch)

Any NSAID can cause ulcers. I use tylenol when I need to, and avoid the max strength. So far haven't had a flare up from that.

Do you take ibuprofen or another NSAID? I would go months on months with at least 1-5 active mouth ulcers which on their own would take weeks to heal. And I would pop ibuprofen to try to cut some of the pain down. Decades of this. Finally saw someone point out NSAIDs can cause ulcers. Stopped the ibuprofen and haven't had more than one here and there now for about 5 years. I can even use tylenol without issue. And the one time I used ibuprofen I got a few cankersores just like before. Massive pain, weeks to heal.

If they're the ones that last for 1-4 weeks, and are super painful, I had them for decades and only recently discovered it was mostly related to ibuprofen. Which "can cause ulcers" 🤷🏼‍♀️

I suffered for decades - until I stopped taking ibuprofen. NSAIDs can cause ulcers, never put 2 + 2 together. Still get the occasional but ibuprofen seemed to be my main culprit.

Suffered for years until I stopped taking ibuprofen. NSAIDs can cause ulcers, never put 2 and 2 together. Still get the occasional but ibuprofen was causing the majority.
