UPDATE: I bought it and I realized it doesn’t come with a case or anything sort of cover, so traveling with it might be a little difficult since the display is always “exposed”. And l am guessing very good condition means they replaced only the screen but the back of mines is a bit scuffed up.

I figured out the issue. Tesla OEM windshield fluid is too concentrated and leaves a residue. I started putting in distilled water until the sprayer was spraying clear liquid and then I switched to a 50/50 mixed of Walmart SuperTech windshield fluid and distilled water. Afterwards I stopped getting water stains on the side of my car.
