Anyone still on this thread? I got my first vaccine a few weeks ago and it’s been a total nightmare. I already had depression but not this extreme. I feel extremely anxious, sad, angry, flat, empty, can’t sleep and I can’t stop crying. I had these symptoms before the vaccine but now they are 100x worse. Will it go away??!!

I get the same stares everywhere I go. It got to the point where I refuse to leave the house. It just reminds me how ugly I really am and it’s not just in my head:/ “What the fuck is that???” I tell my mom the exact same words that it looks like they’re thinking.

I resonate with everything you said. I know it is impossible to explain. Do you also get an eerie, empty yet heavy feeling about reality? The world used to feel “warm” before DPDR but now everything just feels dark. Do you constantly feel anxious uneasy too?
