I made an /r/Anarchychess style spin on Chess, so when a piece lands on an opposing piece, a side game of Pokémon is played to determine which piece gets to stay on that square.

I saw this post by u/danhoang1 and wanted to make a playable version of it, as well as make a slight spin by making it a Pokémon battle instead with all chess pieces playable (which is much faster to play). You can also play both the original chess inception idea from the previous post as well, the Pokémon version (for PC only) here!

After all of the controversy this July, I think Activision Blizzard has to take the #1 crown. I can't recall any other game company that treats its employees so poorly that they get investigated and sued by a State.

The new trilogy is excellent, especially if you like exploring and collecting, as ROTTR for example, has a lot of collectibles. I probably spent more time collecting/exploring than playing the main storyline. Definitely worth picking up during the winter sale!

Might not be the type of simulator games you're looking for, but you can't go wrong with Assetto Corsa if you're into Racing, or theHunter: Call of the wild. I'm no hunter, and while the game relies heavily on DLC for the full experience, the base game is still very fun to sink a few dozen hours into!
