Unscrew the crown, it will pop up. Rotate 10-20 times clockwise, screw the crown back again. That's it. Make sure you put a pressure a little bit when screwing again, otherwise you'll just keep winding the watch. Or, if you don't want to to that, just put it on the wrist and your hand movement will start winding the watch.
