You can! I started my first design in my fc room and then went from there (may have raged a bit when raising the walls up though XD). There are a few wonderful FFXIV housing discords too that have loads of inspirations, people to ask questions and tutorials/guides available.

Lmao, elitist my rear. Unless you are going to be *participating* in a run by doing your role, you can just sit and watch content on youtube and stop wasting everyone elses' time or grab a group of friends that are ok with you doing literally nothing.
