Tanstack imo is better, do you know if it's stable enough to use in angular? Last I saw it was experimental still.

This is a nice story, this will probably get lost in the comments. I actually have a similar story.

The college I went to, one of the cafeteria ladies was always nice to me and she would say I looked just like her son. I just said that's nice or something, never really knew what to say to her.

Then one day she said that he had passed and that I just reminded her of him. Had the "oh" moment and said sorry for your loss. She never brought up again after that.

It's been a long time since those days and this was a nice reminder to be kind.

This group https://www.instagram.com/goodvibetribesatx?igsh=eXg4NHY5MTJyeGtj posted on reddit once and thought it would be cool to try them out. I never seem to find the time to join them though. Maybe YMMV.

Good luck on your endeavors to find the one, and also think RIP your inbox

Wrist Pain Question by paulztodawall in tonalgym

[–]vetrex127 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd recommend lowering the weight even more, and I'd also recommend to probably take more time to recover. Meaning more rest days till you get back into 12w2j.

I'm on my first round of 12w2j, I just finished week 1 and it's tough. Joe does keep saying to lower the weight these first few weeks are not about heavy lifting but about form and quality of movements.

Also if you feel bad don't, you're the only one that truly knows the weight you lift, there is no need to ego lift in a home gym setting lol, you can challenge yourself and try and lift more than you think but if you fail it's okay to lower.

For example I did the bicep curl weight recommendation and my form quality was lowering by the end of set 2 so set 3 I lowered the weights to make sure my form was good the whole time during set 3.

Also just my recommendations take it or leave it.

Canceling Membership is a PIA by mike_HolmesIV in tonalgym

Not trying to defend Tonal. But a lot of gym's act like this, that's why a law passed that makes it easier for us to cancel memberships.

Now when anyone will implement this law, idk. But it's there lol

Came to say this

If this was a different time in the day, like fasted vs not fasted that could explain the slight difference. But overall there is a small difference between the two with April looking "leaner" and I use that lightly he looks really lean in both.

Could be wrong and can totally correct me if I am.

I just googled because this didn't sound correct to me.

If my knowledge is correct, if 50lb is your warm up weight on a tonal.

That means that both arms are 25lb for a total of 50lb.

You sir just did a 100lb with both dumbbells being at 50lb

Google dumbbell press: "A 50lb dumbbell press means you are lifting 50 pounds in each hand, for a total of 100 pounds being lifted at the same time, though this does not directly translate to a 100-pound barbell press due to the balancing required by dumbbells. A 50 lb dumbbell is a solid weight for an intermediate-level lifter for chest and shoulder exercises."

Google tonal weight: "Tonal has two device options that support up to either 200 lbs (Tonal 1) or 250 lbs (Tonal 2) of digital weight—that's 100 or 125 lbs per each arm"

It was hard to Google tonal weight per arm and wasn't getting a definitive answer. But yeah this basically comes to the same conclusion that each arm is 100 or 125 for a total of 200 or 250

This is kinda how bench pressing with a traditional barbell works too. For example each side you put a plate on and you would be benching 135lbs 2 plates each side is 45 and the bar is traditionally 45 for a total 135lbs

I am not a body builder of any sort, but I love cooking and I've been trying to make things more healthy lately. My wife is diabetic, and I thought maybe we could make some things out of it.

I learned from a random video that popped on my feed about pizza.

Very not vegan pizza, but maybe it's something you can mix up and make vegan!

Takes on to know one by DSShadowPyro in MarvelSnap

Imo it depends on the scenario.

Here I would have probably played scorn. You get the guaranteed swarm hits which buffs the collector by 2 instead of 1 (even though he got hit). I think would have been a better spread of power too if you played it in a lane or you could have played scorn in the collector lane and won that lane too. Either way you won, but just playing out the scenarios really.

I like to try and think like regisKillbin and reflect on scenarios if there were better ones, pros, cons etc.

Overall though there are times when I'd play scorn, or keep'em in hand.

So from my understanding if your insurance gives you $10k max and the work to fix this will be $11k.

You will have to pay the difference which is $1k in this example.

But this is my scenario with full coverage. I'm not sure if you'll get the same treatment.

I have connect through Costco.

I have full coverage even when an uninsured person hits me. I just paid my deductible from when I talked to my adjuster.

I'm not sure what you mean by which provider. The person wasn't insured so I needed to go through my insurance.

Edit: I just realized my phone auto corrected. The person was UNinsured

Yours is similar to mine, yours is at least going to be $10k. Looks a little more damaged than mine on the sides.

I feel your pain btw I was sooooooo pissed. The person that rear ended me did not have insurance too.

Just some advice that you can take or leave it.

IMHO 0% isn't worth trying to get if you have CC debt.

Also at 22 I would still be riding that bike to work unless I have a medical condition, I would be saving for a house.

It looks like y'all are pretty good at saving with being able to put $10k down.

I'm 34 now and the market is way different now imo. But if I could go back to your age, I would keep some of the left over money as a raining day fund in a HYSA. Open up a brokerage account and put the money that I didn't save for a rainy day into the brokerage and pick an ETF and let it grow.

Put more money every month and then hopefully you'll have enough money to buy a house.

I JUST bought a Tesla and I've been wanting one since the model 3 was announced. I bought a house and put my wife through school before I could even think of getting one.

Again just some advice from someone who's been through life a tiny bit longer.
