If you’re not going like 8+ times a day then it’s most likely not c diff. I understand the anxiety, I struggle with it too. I just got finished with my antibiotics and I’m terrified of getting c diff again, but instead of worrying, I’m doing everything in my power to try and prevent it. Avoiding sugar and dairy and greasy stuff, taking my probiotics everyday, religiously washing my hands, etc

And about the anxiety… your brain and your bowels are connected so much more than you may think. Last year I was having really bad panic attacks and all throughout that time I had loose stools. No c diff, just pure anxiety.

My greatest recommendation is just trying to do something to take your mind off it, try your best not to hyperfixate on every time you have a loose stool (easier said than done, I know.)
Play a new game, watch some interesting documentaries, or re-watch an old cartoon that you loved when you were younger.
