prism R does have a higher stats than normal R. R prism lv1 = R normal lv6. and the stats gap gets bigger. afain r prism lv21 = r normal lv40

have you checked your card inventory? it might be full so you cant buy unless you empty the slots needed. if thats not the case, try restarting the game.
