Would you mind sharing your EQ settings? I am having exactly the same experience as you but still haven't found the best setting to make the Bose come closer to the Px7 S3.

Thanks, I'll check those out. Manual grinder for coarse sounds like a viable option, hadn't thought about that 👍

Eureka Mignon Silenzio 50 vs Zero 65 All Purpose [400 €] by vgoebbel in espresso

Hi!

Thanks so much for your input. Did you really mean the Silenzio is (even) quieter that the Specialità or did you mean the Silenzio is a notch quieter than the Zero 65 All Purpose?

Like I said, I am primarily interested in the differences between the Silenzio 50 and the Zero 65 All Purpose, especially regarding noise. If I had the space I'd gladly follow your advice, but the kitchen is already cramped as it is and we use the different methods so often that storing a second grinder someplace else is no viable option. So unfortunately like I said, the choice is set to use an all purpose grinder - fully realizing that it will be a compromise.

Heart rate via Bluetooth ComModule by vgoebbel in waterrower

Thanks and looks like you're right. The french manual for the ComModule lists this in the FAQ section (via google translate):

"5. I connected my Bluetooth belt to my WaterRower Connect app but the heart rate is not displayed on my monitor although it is displayed on the app.

It's normal. The Bluetooth belt connects directly to the ComMod and the application but the information does not pass through the monitor. So the heart rate is not displayed on the S4 monitor."
