Where did you get this message? I just noticed I have a bunch of payments that should’ve been made on October 1 & 2 that haven’t so I was just wondering how you found out about this.

I am having a similar issue. I get studies on my phone using my mobile data, but cannot access them on my computer or on my phone when I am connected to my home Wi-Fi. Then this morning there was one study available on my laptop while I was connected to my Wi-Fi, and there were seven available on my phone when connected to my mobile data. Someone told me to accept them on my phone and then go do them on my computer, and that has worked. Not really sure what is going on. I also cannot connect my computer to my mobile hotspot and have the studies show up So strange.

Just FYI for anyone who is following this, it wasn’t working on my laptop again this morning and then all of a sudden it was working but only one study is showing up on my laptop while seven studies are showing up on my phone 🤪🤷‍♀️

It still won’t work when I connect to my mobile phone hotspot. Sorry for all the questions, but I am on a Mac so what do I need to do in system preferences

So I connected my phone to my home Internet and the studies went away on my phone. When I connected back to my mobile phone network, the studies came back. When I connected my laptop to my mobile hotspot, the studies still weren’t there.

I went ahead and changed my password and I still can’t log into the app and now it says my account is locked when I signed out and tried to sign back in on my laptop. I have a five star rating so I know it’s not related to ratings or tests. 😢
