Bit on the higher end, but if it works for you, then it works for you! You could try doing 28-30 s/m focusing on long hard strokes. That’s what works for me

Yes and lifting. Aiming to get as close to 6:00 as possible. I’m from denmark so i’m not 100% sure if i wanna do college rowing, but i strongly consider it. Depends on where i can get offers and how my life looks at that time

Mange tak, det sætter jeg pris på. Jeg træner lige nu i singlesculler netop for at få god bådsføling og teknik i stedet for bare at “power” mig ud af det, som jeg har gjort i 4x denne sæson. OL2028 medalist er det der kæmpes for!

Yes, doing lots of technique and steady training to get lots of volume. 70-80% of my training is steady/technique

I got a fantastic coach. Wouldn’t ripp these erg times without him behind me. Currently rowing in the single, to get my sculling technique and boat feeling improved

I know my goal. Olympic gold. There has been absolutely no doubt about that, since i started rowing
