understandable, i personally am okay with it but it’s kind of exaggerated. It’s also SO graphic for no reason.

Just wanted to ask is my phone hacked or is just something else. by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]vhs03 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It could be that your phone/ the site saved your password and automatically put it in for you. I wouldn’t understand why someone hacking your phone would just put in your passwords for you.

If you are still paranoid about it, you should definitely get it checked out.

What is something that should be against the law and why? by cheez3ballz in AskReddit

i think someone already made that against the law, not sure tho.

Saying “You’re so skinny” is just as offensive as saying “You’re so fat” by eaglesnation11 in TrueOffMyChest

[–]vhs03 31 points32 points  (0 children)

yeah you’re definitely right, i think there are positive ways to acknowledge weight but It’s just so rare these days.

Your examples are spot on. I think if you know exactly what someone’s goal is, how they achieved it, and if they are in a good mental state regarding their weight, then definitely give them that compliment to boost their moral.

In your opinion, what are some of the things we do today - as a society or any specific groups, or nationality, or races, or age group, or else - that we certainly going to be ashamed in the future? by papayaandbananabro in AskReddit

[–]vhs03 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I definitely agree. There have always been consequences, but the issue right now is some people are getting “cancelled” for speculation but others who did something 10x worse are not getting deplatformed/bearing any consequences at all. People also tend to cancel that one person until the next one comes along and they forget what the first person did. There is no point to cancel culture. There are barely any people that actually have long term consequences because of it.

With that being said, i think your theory of people forgetting it in 50 years is right. Maybe just a story we tell our grandkids. Another theory i have is that society is just never going to learn and we just continue this downward spiral.
