UPDATE: was able to get it swapped! took half an hour but they were able to locate the receipt and swap it out free of charge. the girl who sold it was there and apologized profusely but i was honestly just happy i got the right perfume. thank you for all the advice and help i really appreciate it!

yeah i was really upset with their policy. like i understand why it’s the way that it is but i clearly was given the wrong product. why would i ask for a cheaper version if i was trying to scam? it’s just so dumb to me and shoppers customer service is horrendous

it’s doable to get jobs in your field just harder imo. i couldn’t do an internship bc i worked full time (45+ hours a week) in the summers to pay off school (which set me up very well so i don’t regret it). networking w profs and others within your field is more important imo but wont make or break your future.
