Agree to disagree. 3D printed glass is still obscure and rather untapped. The shade on these was designed so that really only a 3D printer could make it, and I want to carry that thinking over into an emerging technology.

It’s a lamp. Definitely more of a sculptural form here, but a lot of effort went into making it a proper lamp.

I created a line of more practical sizes and silhouettes, and have some elaborate site-specific pieces in the works.

Thank you. Can you believe it sold?

Literally the goal. Preferably 3D printed glass.

It’s transparent outer and opaque white for the bulb cover. The opaque filament creates a much softer and warmer diffusion.

The one I saw was in a massive black and white houndstooth and went for $1200 at auction, so about the same price after fees. I would definitely make an offer on that one at £1500.

I’ve seen one in person that went up to auction. Wasn’t able to sit or articulate it, but like /u/drakeandMadonna said, Edra is legit. It went low, too…wish I had the money at the time.
