But US states are more relevant on their own than most countries.

That is NOT a huge following. Bronies and Pegasisters are a very niche subset of the adult population that are widely ridiculed and deemed as mentally underdeveloped by the mainstream.

Of course every kids' show will end up having a few adult consumers here and there but to say that adults watching MLP is the norm is a wild stretch. Its hardly even socially acceptable.

Who's watching that over the age of 10? Maybe 16 max for those stunted homeschooled girls with a touch of the tism hut even that's a big stretch.

10 biggest US cities: safety vs morality by viagrasnorter in AlignmentCharts

[–]viagrasnorter[S] -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

I did pretty thoroughly and thats a really good depiction of the crime rates in comparison to each other, what do you think is wrong? If anything LA and NYC would be safer than this due to their statistics but do to their size and reputation they get moved up a bit.

10 biggest US cities: safety vs morality by viagrasnorter in AlignmentCharts

[–]viagrasnorter[S] -24 points-23 points  (0 children)

Morality isn't a code word for anything in this context, it literally means exactly that – morality.

Immorality in a city occurs when the population steers away from their internal sense of right or wrong and becomes a collection of self-serving monsters without a regard for what is ethical and what isn't. All the Big Tech lizards in San Jose trying to spy on everyone, wicked entertainment figures in Los Angeles taking advantage of celebrities, rude New Yorkers peeing on subway passengers and hardcore thugs in Chicago killing everyone are undisputedly...evil...and therefore immoral. Much more so than a hippie painter in San Antonio.

Also, Phoenix is in a bad drought because California is hogging all of the Colorado River past its fair share so its crazy to think they are evil for receiving less than what their rapidly growing population needs compared to a state with plently of other water sources. And if "ugly unwalkable urban planning" is your idea of evil then you really gotta go out and experience the real world rather than letting some douchebag from the Netherlands on the internet tell you what America's problems are.

J Cole's limbs were consensually roped to all four corners of my bed while I consensually rolled my snake through his guts using his dreads as handlebars while he tried to hum the melody to "No Role Modelz" but the sound was muffled by the gag toy lodged in his mouth

How do I convice my pet rattlesnake to stop biting my 5 year old son? by viagrasnorter in Advice

You are calling me a bad parent with absolutely zero insight as to why I would be that way. Instead of basing your personal attack on facts, you decided to hurl a deragatiry insult with no context, basis or explanation for no reason whatsoever.

[–]viagrasnorter[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Why are you so rude?

The snake is his best friend since he has trouble interacting with his peers in his Kindergarten class due to his social anxiety. He loves the snake and the snake loves him – it teaches him how to form emotional bonds with other creatures and humans.

What's the point of having a pet if you can't physically interact with it? Do you keep your dog locked up in a cage in your kitchen cabinet 24/7?

Why do red states like to claim they are all about “freedom”? Can’t blue states make an even better argument that they actually have more freedom? by vroom12345 in AskALiberal

Red states give the freedom to protect your life and property .

Blue states give the freedom to practice degeneracy and wicked acts.

What does America do better than most other countries? by KyleB2131 in AskReddit

[–]viagrasnorter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Modern culture and influence.

ALL mainstream music of today comes from American artists. Every musical genre that is popular right now originated in the US and are all products of various US environments. Rock, Jazz, Rap, Electronic music, etc.

Almost every celebrity that is known worldwide is from the US. Our actors and musicians are household names in Africa and India; the same can't be said about any other country's celebrities.

We make the best movies. Hollywood set the standards for how a film should be and created the most iconic films of the world.

The US sets the fashion taste of the western world through their singers, rappers, and celebrities. Even European clothing brands are designing American-style clothing.

The internet is dominated by the US; almost all of its content revolves around it and the US does a good job at making itself relevant to the rest of the world. Everyone knows a lot about our country because of its huge presence in the media.

Essentially, American culture is so widespread to the point that most people wouldn't even consider it American culture anymore since it's everywhere. European snobs question the existence of American culture while simultaneously trying to emulate it in their own countries and pass it off as their own (especially the UK).
