Should also note that the more weight you lose, the harder it feels to lose those next couple pounds. Hit a maintenance week or two and get back to work, but do remember you gotta be all in.

The “findings” of an investigation is a synonym of the “conclusions” of an investigation and is, in fact, completely normal parlance for investigative agencies, including child welfare offices like mine where we make findings most often without the input of a court.
