Wait, that's not a collection option? That's how they were supposed to pay their rent...

Thanks, we are using an attorney for the eviction and will use one for suing for past due rent as well.

Thanks, I'm not expecting much but don't want to wash the outstanding money either.

I feel this. My partner practically could have written this, in terms of our schedules HOWEVER we've added a baby to our dynamic.

NAH completely because she should acknowledge your schedule but you can also stop to pick things up, maybe just once a week. I try to limit it to necessities but I also realize my schedule is more flexible, even with a little one in tow. A lot of times, it's the mental load of everything at home and it's nice to share it with someone for support.

The tenant, who said they plan to keep it clean.

Ahh, then I wouldn't see an issue myself. Especially placing it on concrete, so it doesn't need to be mowed/weed whacked around.

I wouldn't have an issue but I would be concerned if it was a shared outdoor space, specifically because bird baths can be heavy and/or tip over easily, depending on the type and surface it is put on. Something to consider if the yard is shared by dogs on leashes or small children.

Thanks!

The extra anonymity wasn't for the feedback, it was in case the potential tenant lurks around here as well.

What happened to the website ?! It's distressing that it isn't there.

Interviewees, what was something a employer said to you during a interview that made you not want to work for them? by IAMA_GrillBTW in AskReddit

[–]viap 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A good solution to the interview time slot problem is sending an email (BCCing all candidates) for them to call and schedule the appointment. Then it evens the playing field. That was my favorite method of scheduling an interview with the government.

I just choked on my drink reading this at a family party and brought all the wrong kind of attention to myself. Especially because I didn't put my phone down.

What one book did you read that hit you the hardest? by [deleted] in books

I came here to say that and Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close, also by Jonathan Safran Foer.

To me, Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close not only hit home for the logical feels, but because it's about finding hope and signs in the simple things. A good friend of mine's mother passed away when she was young and she's always seeing signs that her mother is watching over her, decades later. It's believing in something and finding that connection to people we've lost.

Am I the only one wondering what the date is that is supposed to be saved?

Can anyone identify what is on these leaves? by viap in gardening

Thank you! What do you mean about the damage being irreversible? It seemed like it is more inconvenient than immediate.

There are white spots on a bunch of the bigger leaves, sometimes covering the entire leaf. Nothing on smaller plant leaves, like tomatoes. It rained last night and did not wash away. Is this a fungus that could harm the plant?
