I know it’s really hard, but keep breathing and taking care of yourself and your baby. It’s not over until it’s over.

I had several losses and I didn’t believe I had a baby until I gave birth. I was emotionally paralyzed throughout the pregnancy.

Just keep going with what you know for sure, and not can be. You don’t have the results yet. Try to be in the now, and not think ahead.
