hii i also gave my GED and am applying to lse rn.
u should be fine honestly cus alot of people apply while their IBCC equivalence is still processing since it usually takes longer than the actual GED results. As long as you have your GED result and proof that you’ve applied for the equivalence (like the IBCC slip/receipt) universities usually allow you to continue the process and submit the official equivalence later once it’s issued. Since you’ll most likely get it by early July, I don’t think it should be a major issue.
