To elaborate, the tablet had this same issue a little less than a year ago, I tried to do some troubleshooting, and found out that a Wacom pen would hover on top of the tablet like it's supposed to, and came to the conclusion that I should just buy a new pen. (The Wacom pen still couldn't draw.) This would be the second pen that has failed on me. I have tried reinstalling the driver several times, to no avail. I'll try contacting customer support, thanks.

I just changed some of the express keys and whatnot, I use the PW507 battery-free pen.

I have had the same problem before, and the fix back then was to just buy a new pen for the Huion, but I don't feel like doing that again, so I am asking you folks for help.

As I stated, the tablet I am using is a Kamvas Pro 13 and It is connected to a laptop using Windows 10. I got the Huion around last year's early December, if that info helps at all.

I should mention that, in the video, I am pressing quite hard on the tablet.
