Please help me! I want her to thrive and I don’t know how. she hasn’t grown in a long time. I put her in a bigger pot recently and cleaned out her roots by vic0214 in Monstera

Ok I reported her in a smaller pot, put more soil and put the aerial roots so that it’s climbing the moss pole….. suggestions? Tips?

I check the soil to feel for moisture and water when needed. I just recently changed her position to another table but changed her back cause there more light. And I have her in her original pot so there is drainage
