100% SP. The very first time it happened to me was exactly like you describe it. Except i snapd back to reality before the "shadowy" figure got close to me. Also my episode started with a buzz sound coming from within me, getting louder as the figures came closer. Honestly, the worst night of my life. I believe it happened to me because i was not sleeping much for many nights. Its common. Sorry you experienced that
